Melinda Schuster, M.A., LPC-S, PMH-C, and the Schuster Counseling Group team provide online/teletherapy counseling, psychotherapy, and trauma treatment utilizing modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy. We provide a safe environment for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum, weight loss and obesity, and financial devastation across Oklahoma including Stillwater, Guthrie, Edmond, Yukon, Woodward, Duncan, Lawton, Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, Broken Arrow, and Sapulpa, while also serving areas across Texas, Florida, and Oregon. Our sessions include individual, couples, and family weekly sessions as well as intensive sessions that are longer sessions over one to three days.
